La Jolla Karate's Little Champions program is an excellent way to get children started in martial arts. Designed for kids aged 5 and under, Little Champions classes focus on basic martial arts and self-defense skills while providing a safe and fun learning environment.
La Jolla Karate's Juniors program provides an opportunity for kids ages 6-12 to learn martial arts and character development skills in a fun atmosphere. We provide challenging yet simple instruction to keep children focused and enthusiastic.
La Jolla Karate's Teen program is a great way for teenagers to learn proper martial arts techniques and self-defense in a fun and challenging environment. Students will gain confidence and self-respect for themselves and others.
La Jolla Karate's adult program is a fun way to get in great shape. By combining martial arts techniques with strength building full-body exercises, our students perform essential self-defense skills while participating in a challenging workout to gain optimal fitness. Get in shape, go home safe!
